1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of Users using the elevenbees.tech website and its integrated meeting booking forms.

The Controller processes Users' personal data (e.g., first name, last name, business e-mail address, company name, company's operational scale) for the following purposes:

Depending on the scale and nature of the engagement, contact data and engagement records may be transferred to the dedicated CRM environments we use operationally with clients: Creatio CRM and Pipedrive. Each of these environments serves a distinct purpose in our service architecture (e.g., implementation project management, sales pipeline management, key account management).
3. For process automation, system integration and data flow between the website form and the above CRM systems, we use the n8n workflow automation platform. Data exchanged between systems is limited to the minimum necessary to achieve the purpose (e.g., creating a contact, updating an enquiry status, sending a confirmation).
4. Filling out the contact form or scheduling a meeting in the calendar is voluntary, but necessary to conduct a free diagnosis and establish contact.

Data entered into the website form automatically creates a profile (Contact and Company record) in the HubSpot CRM system managed by Eleven Bees, and is then — where needed — synchronised with Creatio CRM or Pipedrive via n8n. All systems are administered by Eleven Bees and used exclusively for the purposes set out in § 2.
